Laura cared for our cat Harrison for a total of ten days when we were out of state for our daughters wedding. While we were gone, we contacted Laura a couple of times to check on our pet. Laura always responded promptly and was ready to answer any and all questions we had, giving us peace of mind during our absence from home. When we arrived home Laura had a detailed list of visitation times and play activities for our viewing. We will definitely be contacting her for any and all of our future pet care needs.
Our pet sitter Laura fed, watered, played, brushed and cleaned our cat Harrison's litter daily. Laura also made sure our house plants were watered, and also made sure that our delivered mail package's were brought inside and not left out..

We just moved here about 4 months ago and did not know who would care for our two 'babies' while we go on vacation. So we searched Angie's List and found this service. I contacted Laura and she came over, met the cats, and then we went over all of the information she needed.
I called Laura the day before we left to make sure she was still ready to come over the next day. Then we went on our vacation and didn't worry. When we returned, everything had been taken care of perfectly. We will definitely be using her whenever we go away. We had had the same person for about 15 years caring for our cats at our last house. It is so nice to have the same sense of confidence in Laura that we had with our previous pet sitter.

Very professional. Before starting the service, I was provided with a questionnaire including such emergency items as utility shut-off locations, vet preferences, and power-of-attorney forms in case my pet was injured or ill in my absence. The owner, Laura, then came to my home to meet the pet, get a briefing on medications, supplies, and other issues.
The owner, Laura, has been the sole provider of service. In other words, there has not been a parade of strangers in my home.
Laura takes excellent care of my pet, leaving written notes on each visit and mentioning any issues she may see. Additionally, she gathers mail, packages, and newspapers giving my house that "lived in" if I am gone longer than usual.

A very professional business. She came to visit and meet the pets before our trip. She has a written agreement to fill out that covers all health and protection concerns she would need to provide excellent care for our home and pets. This was our first time using these services. I had complete confidence in this service and would definitely use them again. Everything went extremely well. Laurie brings her own bedroll for overnights. It's no fuss for our family. Laura took care of our 2 cats from July 31 through Aug. 4. She stayed overnight each night and came to the house twice during the day. She fed all the pets and cleaned two litter boxes, brought in the mail and newspapers. She also watered my 25 plants. She left notes about her stay and requested a call when we returned.

We needed a pet sitting service while away for the holidays to take care of our two cats, ferret and guinea pig. Laura was great! She came to our home prior to our leaving to get instructions and meet our pets. She brought nicely detailed forms along so that she had a profile on each pet. When we returned she had prepared a daily diary, all the litter boxes were clean and the pets were all in great shape. She even brought in all of the mail. We will definitely use her again.
